Public Transport Reform

During 2008 and 2009 the Committee considered the business case for the Public Transport Reform policy and took evidence on the Department’s proposals for change from a number of key stakeholders. Copies of this evidence can be accessed below. The Public Transport Reform policy is the policy which underpinned the legislative proposals in the Transport Bill, and Committee’s pre-legislative scrutiny work on Public Transport Reform was invaluable to Members during the Committee Stage of the Transport Bill.
