    The Proposal for a Draft Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2002

    referred by the Secretary of State, on behalf of the Lord Chancellor, and to submit a report to the Assembly by 2 July 2002.

    Proposed - That this Assembly notes the plight of asbestosis sufferers in Northern Ireland and calls for proper civil justice for asbestos victims.
