PRIVATE MEMBERS' BUSINESS - Motion - Maternity Services Proposed: That this Assembly calls on the Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety to give due weight to the determination of both the Health, Social Services and Public Safety Committee and the Northern Ireland Assembly on maternity service provision in Belfast in light of the decision of 29 November 2000 of the High Court. [Mr P Berry] - Motion - Public Inquiry Proposed: That this Assembly calls on the Secretary of State to make representations to the Government of the Republic of Ireland to conduct a public inquiry into suspected collusion between members of the Garda Síochána and the Irish Republican Army in the planning and execution of acts of terrorism. [Mr D Kennedy] - Motion - Children's Commissioner Proposed: This Assembly calls upon the Executive to appoint a Children's Commissioner for Northern Ireland to highlight the interests of children in all aspects of Executive policy.
