COMMITTEE BUSINESS -Motion - Ad Hoc Committee Proposed: That, pursuant to Standing Order 49(7), this Assembly appoints an Ad Hoc Committee to consider - (a) The proposal for a draft Criminal Injuries Compensation (NI) Order; and (b) The draft Northern Ireland Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme, referred by the Secretary of State and to submit a report to the Assembly by 27 November 2001. Quorum: The quorum shall be five. Procedure: The procedures of the Committee shall be such as the Committee shall determine.
