ASSEMBLY CATERING SERVICES
The Catering and Functions Committee
has commissioned Deloitte and Touche to undertake an Options Study to make recommendations
on the arrangements for delivery of Assembly catering services. As part of this
process, a questionnaire has been issued to Members seeking their views. It is
important that all Members complete and return the questionnaire by 28 January.
IT FOR CONSTITUENCY OFFICES
APN 3/99 dated 16 December 1999
informed Members of plans to provide computer equipment for use in constituency
offices.
The IS Office has this week concluded
a tendering process for the supply of equipment and the necessary installation
and support services. The next stage of the procurement process will agree details
of a delivery and installation schedule and arrangements for the operation of
support services. Subject to agreement on these details, it is expected that the
installation program (equipment in constituency offices) will start in the second
week of February 2000.
The IS Office will contact each
Member to agree arrangements for the supply, delivery and installation of equipment
and to provide details of the training services available for Members and their
staff. Members need not take any action prior to this Office contacting them.
Any queries relating to the above
should be addressed to Allan Black, Tel (5)21134.
