Members' constituents may already have received Tax Credits Claim forms (TC600). Help and guidance is available with these forms on the following numbers: NTC Helpline for constituent enquiries: 0845 603 2000. There is also a dedicated telephone number for enquiries from MLAs/MPs: 028 90 808312. The telephone service is available all year Monday to Sunday from 8.00 am until 8.00 pm except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday. |
