FINANCE AND PERSONNEL - RELOCATION TO ANNEXE C DUNDONALD HOUSE

The Finance and Personnel Offices have been relocated to Annexe C, Dundonald House with effect from Monday 8 October.

A 'front desk' facility for Members will be operated from Room 429, Parliament Buildings. Members may arrange to meet with individual Finance and Personnel staff by either contacting the individual directly or by contacting the representative in Room 429 (Tel: 90 (5)21597).

Car parking facilities for Members visiting Annexe C are available in front of Dundonald House.

PRINCIPAL CLERK OF STANDARDS

Members are asked to note that the Principal Clerk of Standards has now moved to Room 28.

GIVE AS YOU EARN

Arrangements have been made for a representative from the Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action (NICVA) to attend Parliament Buildings on Thursday 1 November to make a presentation to Members and staff on the Give As You Earn (GAYE) scheme. It is expected that this presentation will include details of how the scheme works and how Members and staff can make voluntary donations to their chosen charity direct from their salary.
