ALL PARTY NOTICES 29 September 2000 Members are reminded that post paid envelopes are charged for at first class
rates as soon as they have been supplied to Members and should be safeguarded
in order to prevent misuse. For security reasons Members should not hold large stocks of these envelopes
which are normally issued in bundles of 50 or 100 depending on the size of the
envelope. Post paid envelopes are for use within the U.K. only and should never be used
to convey internal correspondence. Members are asked to note that with effect from Monday 2 October 2000 the opening
times for the East and West doors will change from: to 07.30 - 22.30 The opening times for the main (South) door are unchanged at: REVISED ARRANGEMENTS FOR ACCESS BY VISITORS TO RESTAURANT FACILTIESThe Assembly Commission has agreed that on plenary sitting days no more than 6 visitors per Member may be taken to the basement restaurant. A visitors' restaurant facility (Room B25) is available from Monday 2 October for groups greater than 6, up to a maximum of 40, on both sitting and non sitting days. This must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, with the events Co-ordination Office. Members sponsoring tour groups and entertaining visitors are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that guests using the basement restaurant or visitors' restaurant facilities do so under the escort and custody of a full pass holder.
