ASSEMBLY LIBRARY ACCESS The Assembly Commission has approved a request to allow party support staff designated as "Member Support", "Whip Support" and "Researcher" access to the Assembly Library on sitting days. This will take effect from Monday 21 May 2002. VISIT OF HM THE QUEEN - VIDEO RECORDING A video recording of the visit of HM The Queen is available at a cost of £10. An order form is available on AssISt. This can be obtained by clicking on 'Services', 'On Line Forms' 'Sound and Vision' 'Recording Request Form'. VISIT OF HM THE QUEEN - PHOTOGRAPHS Copies of photographs (8"x10") taken during the visit of HM The Queen to Parliament Buildings are available at a cost of £8 each from Harrison Photography. Contact sheets may be viewed in the Business Office. Order forms are also available in the Business Office. MEMBERS' AND COMMITTEE BILLS The Assembly Legislative Drafting Service is available to assist Committees or individual Members in the preparation of Bills. Members will wish to be aware that guidance on the procedures for accessing this service, and for placing Bills on the Order Paper, can be accessed on the Bill Office website via AssISt. Details will also be sent to Members in hard copy and will shortly be included in an update to the Members' Handbook.
