ALL PARTY NOTICES 13 SEPTEMBER 2001 APN 02/01 REGISTER OF MEMBERS' INTERESTS: PUBLICATION OF THIRD EDITION Members are asked to note that the Principal Clerk of Standards is currently updating the Register of Members' Interests with a view to publishing the third edition of the Register in October. All Members will be issued with a Members' Interests Registration Form which they are required to complete and return to the Principal Clerk of Standards by 5.00 pm on Friday 28 September. Members who have no registrable interests are required to submit a signed and dated Registration Form indicating that they have no registrable interests. Members whose existing interests remain unchanged are also required to complete a Registration Form restating their existing interests. Any Member who fails to complete and submit a Registration Form will have their entry in the new Register endorsed 'No Return Submitted'. The Clerk of Standards is available to give confidential advice to Members on the completion of their forms. He is located in Room 26 (Tel: 90 (5)21747). ALL PARTY ASSEMBLY GROUP There will be a meeting of the newly constituted International Development All Party Assembly Group in Room 21 between 11.00 am - 12.30 pm on Tuesday 18 September 2001. The strategy document for the Group will be launched for consultation over a cup of FairTrade tea of coffee. All Assembly Members are welcome to attend the meeting. BOOK OF CONDOLENCE A Book of Condolence has been placed in the Great Hall, Parliament Buildings. It will be available between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm for signature by those in Parliament Buildings, including Assembly Officials, Members' Staff, Party Staff and the Press Corps, as well as Civil Servants working on the Stormont Estate, who wish to express their sympathy for those who lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attack in the United States of America. DAY OF MOURNING Throughout Europe, three minutes' silence will be observed at 11.00 am on Friday 14 September 2001 as an expression of sympathy for those who lost their lives in the United States of America. An announcement will be made in Parliament Buildings at that time drawing this to the attention of those who may wish to observe this period of silence. |
