BUDGET 2002 SEMINAR

Members are invited to a seminar on the Budget process to be held on Wednesday 20 March 2002 between 9.30 am and 12.00 noon in the Long Gallery, Parliament Buildings. The seminar, conducted by officials from the Department of Finance and Personnel, will provide information for Members to assist them in their Committee function of scrutinising and contributing to Departmental Position reports.

PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS - ACCESS OVER THE EASTER PERIOD

OPENING HOURS

The following arrangements will apply for the period 23 March to 7 April 2002 inclusive.

Arrangements necessary to facilitate events and functions during the period will be applied.

ACCESS TO THE BUILDING

In addition arrangements can be made for access, at any time, at the 'slope' entrance at the North side of the building.

AGREED ARRANGEMENTS FOR EASTER RECESS

CATERING ARRANGEMENTS

*Alcohol served from 11.30 - 19.00

These arrangements will be monitored throughout the recess period and, according to demand, may be adjusted.
