MICHAEL FLATLEY - 'FEET OF FLAMES'

Members are reminded that Michael Flatley's 'Feet of Flames' show will be held in the Stormont Estate on Saturday 29 July 2000 at 8.30 pm.

£37.50 seated tickets and £27.50 standing tickets can be purchased from the Information and Events Co-ordination Office, Room B2 (extension 21948 or 21362) between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. Cash or cheques will be accepted but there will be no Switch or credit card facility.

Members may wish to note the following practical arrangements which will be in place on the days preceding and on the day of the show:

- the Members' Dining Room will be available on the evening of the concert for meals booked in advance by Members, on a 'first-come-first-served' basis. There will be two sittings: 5.30 pm-7.15 pm and 7.45 pm onwards. The glass doors to the balcony will be left open but there will be no access to the balcony for health and safety reasons. This arrangement will be strictly enforced;

- the Massey Avenue and Prince of Wales entrances will be closed from 12 o'clock on the day of the concert. Only pass holders will have access to the Stormont Estate via the Stoney Road entrance. Members and pass holders are reminded to bring their passes;

- from Wednesday 26 July the access road leading to the west wing upper level car park may be closed. As a consequence, access to both upper level car parks will be by the east wing entrance;

- sitting day rules will apply to the upper level car parks;

- staff with a ticket or those required to work on the day of the concert will use the east staff car park;

- Members' guests with a ticket will be able to access Stormont Estate either in a Member's car, via park and ride facilities or on foot by Massey Avenue and Prince of Wales Avenue;

- Member's guests not attending the concert will only gain access to the Estate in a Member's car.
