ALL PARTY NOTICES APN 13/01 10 January 2002 SHUTTLE SERVICE The Shuttle Service for MLAs and Secretariat staff between Parliament Buildings and Annexe C, Dundonald House has now commenced and operates from Monday to Friday between 09.15 and 18.30 hours. MLAs will be given priority in seat allocation at all times. The Service departs each morning from the East Door of Parliament Building, at 09.15 hours and runs throughout the day, '15 minutes past the hour' from the East Door of Parliament Buildings and '15 minutes to the hour' from Annexe C. ASSEMBLY POST OFFICE The Assembly Post Office opening hours will be reduced from 14 January 2002. The current opening hours of Monday - Friday (09.30 - 15.00) have been reduced as follows: Monday - Wednesday09.30 - 14.30 Services available from the Post Office include the following:

BUILDING MANAGEMENT HELP DESK - GOES LIVE Hours:9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday Telephone:90 (5)25999 Forms are available online using AssISt - Office of the Keeper The purpose of the 'Building Management Help Desk' is to create a 'One Stop Shop' to log all problems or requests for assistance in relation to building management, building maintenance and accommodation issues. Logged calls will be acted upon within a defined timescale. The Helpdesk will provide a service to all persons based in Parliament Buildings and Annexe C, enabling problems to be accurately logged, acted upon and concluded within defined timescales.
