DRAFT ACCESS TO JUSTICE (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 2002

PUBLIC CONSULTATION

The Ad Hoc Committee is conducting a formal Inquiry into the proposed draft Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2002. The proposed draft Order will legislate for the reform of the provision and administration of publicly-funded legal services in Northern Ireland. The proposed draft Order aims to provide a transparent flexible system for financing publicly-funded legal services in Northern Ireland.

Any organisation or individual who wishes to submit written memoranda to the Committee on the Inquiry is invited to do so by Wednesday 19 June 2002.
