The meeting opened in public at 12.22pm.
Mr Neeson assumed the chair in the absence of the Chairperson.
1. Fuel Efficiency Levy
1.1 Representatives from OFREG briefed the Committee on proposed action to use the Fuel Efficiency Levy to increase efficiency in the use of electricity in homes and to reduce fuel poverty and answered questions posed by the Committee.
Mr McClarty joined the meeting at 12.23pm.
Mr Clyde joined the meeting at 12.39am.
Mrs Courtney joined the meeting at 12.42pm.
Mr Clyde left the meeting at 12.50pm.
Mr McClarty left the meting at 12.56pm.
Mr Wells left the meeting at 1.04pm.
Agreed - To discuss the OFREG proposals at the next meeting of the Committee.
2. Date of next meeting
2.1. The next meeting of the Committee will be held on Wednesday 1 May at 10.30am in Room 144, Parliament Buildings.
The meeting closed at 1.13pm.
