The Chairperson welcomed Members to the meeting.

2. Declaration of Interests
The Chairperson reminded Members of their obligation to declare any relevant pecuniary or other interests before and during each Committee meeting.
3. Draft minutes of the meeting held on 1 st July 2009
The draft minutes of the meeting held on 1 st July 2009 were approved by the Committee.

4. Matters arising
Members noted the Committee Press Release – Standards and Privileges Committee condemns Leaking of Advice.
5. Committee Report on a complaint against a Member
Agreed : Members discussed and agreed the draft Report.
6. Any other business
Members expressed their appreciation to the Chairperson for her contribution to the Committee and wished her well in her appointment to the Assembly Commission.
9. Time, date and place of next meeting
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, 16 th September 2009 at 2.00pm in room 135, Parliament Buildings.
The Chairperson adjourned the meeting at 12.15pm.
