2. Procurement Governance in Northern Ireland Water
Members considered recent developments in relation to the ongoing issue of procurement governance at Northern Ireland Water and the suspension of the Department for Regional Development’s Permanent Secretary.
11.16am Mr McCrea left the meeting.

11.41am Mr McCrea left the meeting.
12.03pm Mr McCrea returned to the meeting.
Agreed: The Committee agreed to receive briefing from the Minister on this issue on 1 September 2010.
Agreed: The Committee also agreed a press statement for issue today.
