2. Briefing on the Independent Review Team’s Report on Procurement Governance in Northern Ireland Water
The Committee received a briefing from the Minister for Regional Development, Conor Murphy MP MLA, the Permanent Secretary of the Department for Regional Development, Paul Priestly, and the Chief Executive of Northern Ireland Water, Laurence MacKenzie, on the findings of the Independent Review Team’s Report on Procurement Governance in Northern Ireland Water .
3.17pm Miss McIlveen left the meeting.
3.21pm Mr Boylan joined the meeting.
3.43pm Mr Robinson left the meeting.
3.54pm Mr Clarke joined the meeting.
Agreed: The Committee agreed to consider the issue in more detail at the Committee meeting on 24 March 2010.
