Matters Arising.
Members noted the paper from Victor Hewitt on the reapportionment of costs from non-domestic to domestic customers of Northern Ireland Water, received in the Committee office on 27 February 2008.
Members noted the transcripts of interviews with Conor Murphy, MP, MLA on “Talkback” on 25 February 2008 and an interview with Eleanor Gill on “Talkback” on 28 February 2008.
Members agreedto note three recent press articles, and three press articles on consultancy costs in Northern Ireland Water.

Northern Ireland Water – Re-apportionment of costs.
Members decided to postpone their visit to City of Derry Airport scheduled for 12 March 2008 in order to have further discussions on the re-apportionment of costs by Northern Ireland Water on Wednesday 12 March 2008.
Members decided to hold this session in public, and to invite officials from the Department for Regional Development, Executives from Northern Ireland Water and the Utility Regulator to provide evidence to the Committee in open session on 12 March 2008
