• Proposed: That this Assembly endorses the principle of the extension to Northern Ireland of provisions of the Education and Skills Bill dealing with the functions of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority which are contained in clauses 137 and 139 of that Bill as introduced in the House of Commons.
