- Proposed: That this Assembly calls on the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment and the Department of Social Development to bring forward a proposal to the Utility Regulator, NIE Energy and Phoenix Gas to introduce a Social Tariff System to help people who are most vulnerable to fuel poverty.
