2.1 Motion - Safe Passage to Gaza for the MV Rachel Corrie (Vote on Motion without debate)
The Motion was debated on 4 June 2010. A valid Petition of Concern was presented in relation to this motion under Standing Order 28, on 4 June 2010. The vote on the Motion was taken on 7 June 2010 on a cross-community basis.
Proposed:
That this Assembly, conscious of the presence of Nobel Laureate Mairead Corrigan Maguire on board the MV Rachel Corrie, calls on Israel to conform with international human rights norms and joins with the British and Irish Governments in condemning the disproportionate actions by Israel earlier this week; recognises that every nation has the right to defend itself, but that each nation also has a responsibility to respect and comply with international law; and further calls on Israel to ensure that humanitarian efforts in Gaza are facilitated, that an immediate end to the blockade is effected and that the MV Rachel Corrie is given safe passage to Gaza.

4.1 First Stage - Employment (No.2) Bill (NIA 24/09)
The Minister for Employment and Learning, Sir Reg Empey, introduced a Bill to make provision about the procedures for the resolution of employment disputes and the procedures of industrial tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal; to make provision in relation to time off for study or training; and for connected purposes.
Bill passed First Stage and ordered to be printed (NIA Bill 24/09).
4.2 Second Stage - Commissioner for Older People Bill (NIA 21/09)
The junior Minister, Mr Gerry Kelly, moved the Second Stage of the Commissioner for Older People Bill (NIA 21/09).
Debate ensued.

4.3 Second Stage - Dogs (Amendment) Bill (NIA 20/09)
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ms Michelle Gildernew, moved the Second Stage of the Dogs (Amendment) Bill (NIA 20/09).

8.1 Motion - Fuel Prices
Proposed:
That this Assembly expresses concern that our fuel prices are higher than in Britain and the Irish Republic; and calls on the First Minister and deputy First Minister and the Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment to open up discussions with the major fuel suppliers and the British Treasury to ensure that consumers are not being treated unfairly in terms of pricing mechanisms and taxation.
