2.1 Consideration Stage - Budget (No. 2) Bill (NIA 11/09)
The Minister of Finance and Personnel, Mr Sammy Wilson, moved the Consideration Stage of the Budget (No. 2) Bill.
Clauses
The question being put, it was agreed without division that Clauses 1 to 6 stand part of the Bill.
Schedules
The question being put, it was agreed without division that Schedules 1 and 2 stand part of the Bill.
Long Title
The question being put, the Long Title was agreed without division.

2.2 First Stage - Unsolicited Services (Trade and Business Directories) Bill (NIA 12/09)
The Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, Mrs Arlene Foster, introduced a Bill to make provision about charges for entries in trade or business directories.
Bill passed First Stage and ordered to be printed (NIA Bill 12/09).
2.3 Second Stage - Debt Relief Bill (NIA 9/09)
The Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, Mrs Arlene Foster, moved that the Second Stage of the Debt Relief Bill be agreed.
Debate ensued.
Bill (NIA 9/09) passed Second Stage.
2.4 Motion - Draft Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order ( Northern Ireland) 2010
Proposed:
That the draft Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order ( Northern Ireland) 2010 be approved.

Debate ensued.
The Question being put, the Motion was carried without division.

The Minister of Finance and Personnel, Mr Sammy Wilson, moved that the Budget (No.2) Bill (NIA 11/09) do now pass.
