2.1 Statement - Reform of the Planning System
The Minister of the Environment, Mr Edwin Poots, made a statement to the Assembly regarding the reform of the planning system, following which he replied to questions.
2.2 Statement - British-Irish Council Meeting in Misuse of Drugs Sectoral Format
The junior Minister, Mr Robin Newton, made a statement to the Assembly regarding the British-Irish Council Meeting in Misuse of Drugs Sectoral format, held in Tynwald Building, Douglas, Isle of Man, on 24 February 2010, following which he replied to questions.
The sitting was suspended at 12.26pm.
The debate resumed at 2.00pm, with the Deputy Speaker (Mr McClarty) in the Chair.
2.3 Final Stage - Budget Bill (NIA 8/09)
The Minister of Finance and Personnel, Mr Sammy Wilson, moved that the Final Stage of the Budget Bill do now pass.

5.1 Motion - Cohesion, Sharing and Integration Strategy
Proposed:
That this Assembly calls on the First Minister and deputy First Minister to publish the long overdue Cohesion, Sharing and Integration strategy by March 2010; believes that publication would be an illustration of commitment to fruitful working relationships; and calls for the establishment of a dedicated Executive mechanism and a Standing Committee, in accordance with Standing Order 50(2), to encourage, monitor and scrutinise implementation of the strategy across all Government Departments.
