2.1 Statement - Interim Governance and Management Arrangements for the Education Sector in the Period Before ESA is Established
The Minister of Education, Ms Caitríona Ruane, made a statement to the Assembly regarding the interim governance and management arrangements for the education sector in the period before ESA is established, following which she replied to questions.
2.2 Final Stage - Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Bill (NIA 15/07)
The Minister of the Environment, Mr Edwin Poots, moved that the Final Stage of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Bill do now pass.
Debate ensued.
NIA Bill (15/07) passed Final Stage.
2.3 Final Stage - Department of Justice Bill (1/09)
The deputy First Minister, Mr Martin McGuinness, moved that the Final Stage of the Department of Justice Bill do now pass.
Debate ensued.
The sitting was suspended at 12.41pm.
Debate resumed at 2.00pm with the Speaker in the Chair.
Deputy Speaker (Mr McClarty) took the Chair.
