    2.1 Statement - Public Expenditure: September Monitoring 2008-2009

    The Minister of Finance and Personnel, Mr Nigel Dodds, made a statement to the Assembly regarding Public Expenditure: September Monitoring 2008-2009, following which he replied to questions.

    4. 3.1 Motion - Extension of Committee Stage: Presumption of Death Bill (NIA Bill 23/07)

    Proposed: That, in accordance with Standing Order 33(4), the period referred to in Standing Order 33(2) be extended to 16 January 2009, in relation to the Committee Stage of the Presumption of Death Bill (NIA Bill 23/07).

    3.2 Motion - Extension of Committee Stage: Civil Registration Bill (NIA Bill 20/07)

    Proposed: That, in accordance with Standing Order 33(4), the period referred to in Standing Order 33(2) be extended to 20 March 2009, in relation to the Committee Stage of the Civil Registration Bill (NIA Bill 20/07).

    5. 4.1 Motion - The Disappeared

    Proposed: That this Assembly recognises the suffering of families of the disappeared; believes that there has not been full disclosure on this issue; and calls on any individual or organisation with information which may lead to the remains of the disappeared being returned to their loved ones for dignified burial, to bring forward that information without any further delay.
