After clause 101 insert -
‘Review of supervised shooting restrictions for young persons
101B. -(1) The Department must review and publish a report on the current provisions relating to supervised shooting restrictions for persons under the age of 18.
(2) The report under subsection (1) must detail current practices in England, Scotland and Wales and report on the desirability of bringing forward legislation to enable supervised shooting for persons under the age of 18.’

After clause 101 insert -
‘Air guns and ammunition
101C. -(1) Schedule 1 to the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (NI 3) paragraph (9) (Air guns and ammunition) shall be amended as follows -
(2) For sub-paragraph 3(a) substitute -
“(a) have an air gun in his possession without a firearm certificate unless he is under the supervision of a firearm certificate holder who is authorised to possess such an air gun.” ’
