After clause 11 insert -

‘Young persons prohibited from bars

11A. -(1) Article 32 of the Registration of Clubs Order (young persons prohibited from bars) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (13) for “9” in each of the three places where it occurs substitute “11”.’
