2. Departmental briefing on June monitoring
The following Departmental Officials joined the meeting:

The officials briefed the Committee on June monitoring.
Mr McCartney left the meeting at 12.20 pm.
Mr Ramsey left the meeting at 12.32 pm.
Mr McCartney rejoined the meeting at 12.32 pm.
Agreed – the officials agreed to forward further information on the Libraries Redundancy Costs for each Board and to confirm the number and positions of the staff involved.
Agreed – the officials agreed to confirm whether the easement in the £10m capital grant set aside for the multi sports stadium could be redirected to the upgrade of Windsor Park Football Stadium if a bid for funding was received.
