1. The Committee agreed the evaluation criteria and scoring procedure to be used for the evaluation of tenders submitted in respect of the Prior Options Study.

2. The Chairman had already indicated his agreement at a prior meeting with the Clerk to the Committee.

3. Date of the next meeting - Thursday 16 December 1999 at 12.15 pm.
