  1. Mr Clarke outlined the background to the study.
  2. Mr Clarke presented the main findings of the study.
  3. It was agreed that Mr Evans should arrange a suitable date for the Committee to present the report findings to the Assembly Commission.
  4. Date of the next meeting will be at the call of the Chairman.
