REGISTER OF MEMBERS' INTERESTS:
PUBLICATION OF FOURTH EDITION

Members are asked to note that the Clerk of Standards is currently updating the Register of Members' Interests with a view to publishing the fourth edition of the Register in October.

On Monday 9 September 2002 all Members will be issued with a Members' Interests Registration Form which they are required to complete and return to the Clerk of Standards by Friday 20 September 2002.

Members who have no registrable interests are required to submit a signed and dated Registration Form indicating that they have no registrable interests. Members whose existing interests remain unchanged are also required to complete a Registration Form restating their existing interests. Any Member who fails to complete and submit a Registration Form will have their entry in the new Register endorsed 'No Return Submitted'.

The Clerk of Standards who is located in Room 402 (Tel: 90 (5)20333) is available to give confidential advice to Members on the completion of their forms.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

The First Report of the Committee for Finance and Personnel 'Report on The Executive's Position Report to the Assembly: Developing the Programme for Government and the Budget for 2003-04 (01/02/R)' has been tabled in the Business Office and is available to Assembly Members for consultation only. The report is not subject to embargo.
