ALL PARTY ASSEMBLY GROUP ON ENERGY

The next meeting of the All Party Assembly Group on Energy will be held on Tuesday 25 th November 2008 at 12.30pm in Room 274, Parliament Buildings.

The aim of this group is to act as a conduit for useful energy information with a view to influencing policy to safeguard energy for the future at low cost prices. The focus of the next meeting will be on gas prices and there will be presentations from Peter Dixon, Phoenix Natural Gas, and Mark Prentice, Firmus Energy. An agenda is attached for your information.

Assembly Christmas Cards

The Assembly’s official Christmas Card can be purchased from the Assembly Gift Shop at a cost of £3.50 per pack of 10.

A limited number of last year’s card (Snow scene) is available and will be sold at £2.50 per pack of 10, while stocks last.

All cards can be purchased from Monday, 17 November 2008.

If overprinting is required, cards should be purchased from the Printed Paper Office, Room 401F (Ext 88310 or 21078). There will be an additional charge for overprinting and, unfortunately, overprinting is not available on last year’s card. Please allow 3 to 5 working days and the cost is as follows:-

• Up to 50 cards £39.20
• Each additional set of 10 cards thereafter £ 1.12

The above costs relate to overprinting only and do not include the cost of the cards.

Please note that Royal Mail’s latest recommended posting dates are:

• Friday 5 December - Airmail to certain destinations outside Europe
• Wednesday 10 December - Airmail to USA, Canada, Japan and Eastern Europe
• Friday 12 December - Airmail to Western Europe
• Thursday 18 December - Cards and letters sent Second Class
• Saturday 20 December - Cards and letters sent First Class
