1 Due to suspension the Assembly Members' Pensions Determination 2000, was made by the Secretary of State under section 48 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998(c.47) by virtue of paragraph 9 of the schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000.
2 Due to suspension an Equality (Disability, etc) Order in Council was made under paragraph (1) of the schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000.
3 Due to suspension an Order in Council was made under paragraph (1) of the schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000, except for the Family Law (Divorce etc.) Bill 1/02. For further details of an individual Order please refer here.
4 An Executive Bill is a Bill which has been introduced by the Minister of a Department and a Non-Executive Bill is either a Private Member's Bill (introduced by a Member) or a Committee Bill (introduced by a Committee Chairperson)
