The Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, Mr Michael McGimpsey, made a statement to the Assembly regarding the Inquiry into the outbreak of Clostridium Difficile in Northern Health and Social Care Trust hospitals, following which he replied to questions.

4.2 Motion - Draft Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011
Proposed:

6.1 Privilege - Leak of PAC Report - Referral to Standards and Privilege Committee

Having given notice to the Speaker under Standing Order 70(1), the Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee, Mr Paul Maskey, moved that the leak of a draft report of the Public Accounts Committee affected the privilege of the Assembly and should be referred to the Committee on Standards and Privileges. In accordance with Standing Order 70(3), the Speaker agreed to refer the matter to the Committee on Standards and Privileges.
