Members observed two minutes’ silence.

2. Speaker’s Business

2.1 The Speaker confirmed that the Plenary sitting had been convened following receipt of a valid notice from the First Minister and deputy First Minister (Appendix 1), under Standing Order 11, for the purpose of an oral statement by the Minister of Finance and Personnel.

3. Executive Committee Business

3.1 Statement - Executive’s Budget 2011 - 2015

The Minister of Finance and Personnel made a statement to the Assembly regarding the Executive’s Budget 2011 – 2015, following which he replied to questions.

4. Adjournment

Proposed:

That the Assembly do now adjourn.
