Executive Committee Business 2.1 Consideration Stage - Student Loans (Amendment) Bill (NIA Bill 22/09) The Minister for Employment and Learning, Mr Danny Kennedy, moved the Consideration Stage of the Student Loans (Amendment) Bill. No amendments were tabled to the Bill.   Clauses  The question being put, it was agreed without division that Clauses 1 and 2 stand part of the Bill.   Long Title  The question being put, the Long Title was agreed without division. Bill (NIA 22/09) stood referred to the Speaker. 3. Committee Business3.1 Motion - Extension of Committee Stage: Armed Forces and Veterans Bill (NIA Bill 33/09)  Proposed: That, in accordance with Standing Order 33(4), the period referred to in Standing Order 33(2) be extended to 28 January 2011, in relation to the Committee Stage of the Armed Forces and Veterans Bill (NIA 33/09). Chairperson, Committee for the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister Debate ensued.  The Question being put, the Motion was carried without division. 3.2 Motion - Statutory Committee Membership Proposed: That Mr Pól Callaghan replace Mrs Mary Bradley as a member of the Committee for Health, Social Services and Public Safety. The Question being put, the Motion was carried without division. 4.2 Motion - Domiciliary Care Proposed: That this Assembly notes the challenges posed by the changing demographics; and calls on the Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety to ensure that there is adequate investment in domiciliary care to meet the current and future needs of an ageing population.
