ALL PARTY NOTICES 

QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS TO THE CLERK/DIRECTOR GENERAL

A questions/comments box was recently placed on each floor in Parliament Buildings and in Annexe C to give staff the opportunity to make comments to or to ask questions of the Clerk/DG in relation to the operation of the Assembly. This facility has now been extended to Assembly Members and their staff. Question/comments cards are available beside each box.

For Assembly Members and their staff who prefer to use email, a facility is also available on AssISt to allow Members and their staff to raise issues directly with the Clerk/Director General. This can be accessed at http://assist.assemblyni.gov.uk/services/internalcomm/dgcomments.htm

Responses will be provided to individuals where a name has been provided. All responses will be anonymised and placed on AssISt with the exception of those which identify an individual. These can be accessed at: http://assist/staffcomments/user/viewcomments.aspx
