ALL PARTY NOTICES 

ROLL OF HONOUR FOR IRELAND’S WORLD WAR TWO DEAD

A Roll of Honour for Ireland’s World War Two Dead was presented to the Speaker of the Assembly by Mr Danny Kennedy MLA at an event in the Long Gallery on 10 November 2009. The Roll of Honour was researched and compiled by Dr Yvonne McEwen, University of Edinburgh and contained 9100 names of those people who were born in Ireland, North and South, and killed while serving with the Allies during the Second World War. The Roll of Honour is currently on display in the Assembly Library.
