ALL PARTY NOTICES 

Assembly Christmas Cards

Two official Assembly Christmas Cards are available this year and can be purchased from the Assembly Shop. Costs are as follows:

• Christmas Cards (either Card) - £3.50 per pack of 10

A limited number of last year’s cards will also be sold, at £2.50 per pack of 10, while stocks last.

All cards can be purchased from Wednesday, 18 th November 2009.

If overprinting is required, cards should be purchased from the Printed Paper Office, Room 401F (Ext 21078). There will be an additional charge for overprinting and please allow 3 to 5 working days.

Please note that Royal Mail’s latest recommended posting dates are:

• Friday 18 December - Cards and letters sent Second Class
• Monday 21 December - Cards and letters sent First Class

Please also note that neither the purchase (including any overprinting) or postage of Christmas cards is an allowable expense under Office Cost Allowances.
