ALL PARTY NOTICES 

DEMOCRACY LIVE LAUNCH - WEDNESDAY 4th NOVEMBER DISRUPTION TO NORMAL BUSINESS IN GREAT HALL

1. Preparation for this important engagement event will include the erection of a large standing display in the Great Hall and other event related items. The display will be erected after 17:30 on Tuesday and will be removed by 22:30 on Wednesday.

2. Unavoidably this will involve some disruption to normal Great Hall activity and access. The disruption will be managed and minimal and will not prevent normal business. Nonetheless, everyone passing through the Great Hall after 17:30 on Tuesday is asked to exercise care. Certain areas will be cordoned off to facilitate preparation for the event.

3. Anyone anticipating insurmountable problems from this arrangement or who require additional information should contact the Events Manager, Dermot MacGreevy, Ext. 21172, to discuss possible remedies.
