KYRGYZSTAN MINISTER COMES TO PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS 
The Kyrgyzstan Minister of Agriculture and Agriculture Officials were welcome visitors to Parliament Buildings today as they met the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Assembly’s Agriculture Committee.
Committee Chairperson, Stephen Moutray MLA gave the guests an overview of his Committee’s current work. He explained that, besides meeting some 18 times since September and taking evidence from 76 witnesses, the Committee been looking at a number of Bills going through the Assembly.
He also explained that one of the most important parts of a Committee’s job is listening to farmers, those involved in the farming industry and people in the rural community.
Later on, the Kyrgyzstan Minister met Michelle Gildernew MP, MLA, the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development.
