To ask the Minister of Justice what were the circumstances surrounding the erroneous release of Sean Gerard Cahill from Maghaberry Prison

To ask the Minister for Regional Development whether he accepts he has the lead statutory duty for the gritting of roads and footpaths in Northern Ireland and does he believe adequate procedures are in place to ensure that roads and pavements are kept safe in these severe weather conditions.
