The Minister of Finance and Personnel, Mr Sammy Wilson, moved the Second Stage of the Budget Bill (NIA 11/10).

The sitting was suspended at 12.31pm.

The Second Stage was not moved.

4.4 Final Stage - Local Government Finance Bill (NIA Bill 14/09)

The Speaker took the Chair.

A valid Petition of Concern in relation to Clauses 1 to 8 stand part and the Long Title of the Bill, was presented under Standing Order 28 on 10 February 2011 (Appendix 1).

Mr David McNarry moved the Consideration Stage of the Armed Forces and Veterans Bill (NIA Bill 33/09).

Nine amendments were tabled to the Bill.

After debate, Amendment 1 to Clause 1 was made without division.

The question that Clause 1, as amended, stand part of the Bill was negatived (Division 1).
