2.1 Statement - Outcome of December Fisheries Council

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ms Michelle Gildernew, made a statement to the Assembly regarding the outcome of the December Fisheries Council, following which she replied to questions.

2.2 Statement - Draft Expenditure Plans for 2010-11

The Minister of Finance and Personnel, Mr Sammy Wilson, made a statement to the Assembly regarding the Draft Expenditure Plans for 2010-11, following which he replied to questions.

The sitting was suspended at 12.29pm.

The sitting resumed at 2.00pm with Deputy Speaker (Mr Molloy) in the Chair.

2.3 Statement - North-South Ministerial Council Meeting in Inland Waterways Sectoral Format

The Minister of Culture, Arts and Leisure, Mr Nelson McCausland, made a statement to the Assembly regarding the North-South Ministerial Council meeting in Inland Waterways Sectoral format, held on 2 December 2009, following which he replied to questions.

2.4 Second Stage - Wildlife and Natural Environment Bill (NIA 5/09)

The Minister of the Environment, Mr Edwin Poots, moved that the Second Stage of the Wildlife and Natural Environment Bill be agreed.

Debate ensued.

4.2 Consideration Stage - Pensions Regulator Tribunal (Transfer of Functions) Bill (NIA 4/09)

The Minister for Social Development moved that the Consideration Stage of the Pensions Regulator Tribunal (Transfer of Functions) Bill be agreed.

No amendments were tabled to the Bill.

The question being put, it was agreed without division that Clauses 1 to 6 stand part of the Bill.

The question being put, it was agreed without division that Schedules 1 to 3 stand part of the Bill .

The question being put, the Long Title was agreed without division.
