2.1 Further Consideration Stage - Budget Bill (NIA 5/08)
The Minister of Finance and Personnel, Mr Nigel Dodds, moved that the Further Consideration Stage of the Budget Bill be agreed.
No amendments were tabled to the Bill.
Bill NIA 5/08 passed Further Consideration Stage and stood referred to the Speaker for consideration in accordance with Section 10 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
2.2 Motion - Draft Rates (Maximum Capital Value) (Amendment) Regulations ( Northern Ireland) 2009
Proposed: That the Draft Rates (Maximum Capital Value) (Amendment) Regulations ( Northern Ireland) 2009 be approved.

2.4 Motion - Legislative Consent - Marine and Coastal Access Bill
Proposed: That this Assembly endorses the principle of the extension to Northern Ireland of the provisions of the Marine and Coastal Access Bill dealing with Marine Planning, Marine Licensing, the repeal of spent or obsolete fisheries enactments, and Enforcement.
