Leave out subsections (2) and (3) and insert -

‘(2) The Department may make regulations prescribing the functions of a co-ordinator.

(3) Regulations may not be made under subsection (2) unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Assembly.’
