After clause 16 insert -

Litter offence: code of practice

16A. -(1) Article 9 of the Litter (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (NI 10), shall be amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1) after the word “by” insert “Article 6 or”.

(3) In paragraph (3) after the word “by” insert “Article 6 or”.
