DAMAGES (ASBESTOS-RELATED CONDITIONS) BILL

CALL FOR EVIDENCE

The Northern Ireland Assembly Committee for Finance and Personnel is expecting that the Damages (Asbestos-Related Conditions) Bill will soon be referred for its formal Committee Stage. In anticipation of this, any organisation or individual who may have an interest in the proposed Bill is invited to submit written evidence to the Committee by email (email: committee.finance&personnel@niassembly.gov.uk) or by post to the address below:

The evidence should be restricted to suggestions for possible amendments to the Bill or opposition to specific clauses. Information regarding the Bill can be obtained from the Assembly’s website:
