Marine Legislation – Policy Paper

The Committee for the Environment has considered your letter dated 21 December 2007 regarding the Marine Legislation Policy Paper at its meeting on 06 March 2008.

The Committee is content with the policy principles expressed and is looking forward to be briefed in further detail in due course.

The Committee also considered and noted the contents of the letter from the Minister, dated 18 February 2008, relating to the UK Government‘s Bill at its meeting on 21 February 2008.
